Quanta Process Solutions has been awarded extended basic & detail engineering for a metal recycling plant by a leading Metals Recycling Company. A company with more than three decades of operational experience and competence in hydro and pyro-metallurgy processes. The plant consists of a reaction section, filtration section, leaching section, purification section, and solvent extraction. The plant will be set up at Halol, Gujarat.

• Quanta Process Solutions has been awarded extended basic and detail engineering services for a synthetic resin plant from a rapidly growing and upcoming resin manufacturer in India. The project consists of the process plant, utilities and the storage area, and it is having its site at Dahej, Gujarat.

• Quanta Process Solutions is developing a grass root facility for manufacturing an agro-intermediate product for UPL limited. The project is coming up at Dahej, Gujarat. The project involves the process plant, storage facility, utility building, the vent scrubber area & pipe racks. The scope of QPS include basic engineering, detail engineering and procurement assistance.

• Quanta Process Solutions has been intimately involved in the development of the chlorination complex of Aarti industries Limited at Jhagadia, Gujarat. The current projects involve brown field plant modifications for capacity enhancement and facility upgradation for production of another specialty chemical intermediate.
• Quanta Process Solutions has been working associated with Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited for the installation of various plants at their site at Ranjitnagar, Gujarat. This project is for setting up a dedicated plant for a specialty chemical intermediate.

• Quanta Process Solutions has been working closely with Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited for the phase-wise growth of their site at Dahej, Gujarat.  This project comprises the 5^th phase of the site development where various aliphatic amines and associated chemicals are produced.

• Quanta Process Solutions has been awarded engineering services for setting up a premium chemical intermediate used in plasticizers /resin industry for the KLJ Group, a market leader for plasticizer and polymer compounds. The plant comprises of the reaction and cooling / condensing sections, distillation sections, flaking and bagging sections, storage facility & utilities in addition to two bi-product plants. The plant will be set up at Jhagadia, Gujarat.

• Quanta Process Solutions has been awarded engineering services to enhance the capacity of a distillation facility and revamping of the associated reboiler system for Deepak Phenolics Limited at their Dahej unit, Gujarat

• Quanta Process Solutions worked closely with Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited for the successful and timely completion of engineering activities of the 4th phase of the development of the site at Dahej, Gujarat where leading aliphatic amines and associated derivatives are produced

• Quanta Process Solutions has been awarded design services to set up a new storage facility for liquefied organic material in pressurized storages for Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited at GCPL port in Dahej, Gujarat
